New executive leadership added at LewisGale Hospital Montgomery
The hospital welcomes a new chief nursing officer, chief operating officer, and chief financial officer to its team.
LewisGale Hospital Montgomery has welcomed a new chief nursing officer, chief operating officer, and chief financial officer to its administration team.
The hospital’s new chief operating officer, Sarah Tavenner, joined the team with more than six years of experience serving as vice president of operations for South Shore Hospital, a 138-bed acute care facility in HCA Healthcare’s West Florida Division.
Rachael Stanton joined as the chief financial officer, bringing more than a decade of finance experience to the team. Stanton previously served the last three years in HCA Healthcare as the assistant chief financial officer of Doctors Hospital of Augusta. She serves both LewisGale Hospital Montgomery and LewisGale Hospital Pulaski.
Devin LaPuasa was appointed as the chief nursing officer. LaPuasa brings more than 15 years of professional experience to the role, having served as the hospital’s director of emergency services and the assistant director of the emergency department at LewisGale Medical Center.
“Our executive team has hit the ground running and is working on numerous advancements for our facility, including our new freestanding emergency room, Christiansburg ER,” Lauren Dudley, chief executive officer said. “They bring a wealth of experience to LewisGale Hospital Montgomery, and I’m confident they’ll ensure the success of our strategic growth and development initiatives.”
