Nov. 3-7 in Norfolk. The week-long event is one of the nation’s largest and most comprehensive EMS trainings with more than 300 classes and educational offerings.

Colleagues from John Randolph Medical Center, Chippenham and Johnston-Willis Hospitals, LewisGale Medical Center, Henrico Doctors’ Hospital, StoneSprings Hospital Center, and Reston Hospital Center networked with people from Virginia, and neighboring states.

“We engaged with EMS providers, nurses, physicians, and agency leaders from around the state,” said Jay Lovelady, the chief flight nurse for AirCare Eagle. “We socialized the current suite of services that HCA Virginia offers, including our new air medical services. Our Reston and LewisGale colleagues talked about the new freestanding ERs that they’re both opening.”
