This freestanding emergency room is located on Route 3/Plank Road, next to Meadow Farms and across the street from Royal Farms. Fredericksburg ER is a short distance of approximately 8 miles from the Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center campus.

At Fredericksburg ER, our team includes board-certified emergency physicians and nurses, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. From treating minor illnesses and injuries to major medical concerns, Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center’s new12,000-square-foot facility offers the same advanced technologies and services you would find within the walls of a hospital. Our emergency department is equipped to deliver efficient and effective care, as well as imaging services like computerized tomography (CT) scans, digital ultrasounds and diagnostic X-rays. We also have an onsite laboratory to bring you faster results for blood samples, biopsies and other diagnostic tests.
