Physical therapy and rehabilitation after surgery
Often, rehabilitation is an essential component of your recovery after surgery. If physical therapy and rehabilitation are needed, our therapists will begin working with you as soon as you are able. We also offer outpatient rehab services to support you in your recovery after you leave the hospital.
Your pre-admission visit before surgery
Once the date of your surgery has been set, you may get an appointment for a pre-admission interview and diagnostic testing. This appointment will provide us with vital information as we prepare for your procedure.
Please bring the following items to your appointment:
- A summary of your drug allergies
- Any advanced directives regarding your healthcare
- ID card
- Insurance card
- List of medications and dosages (including supplements, herbal treatments and vitamins)
