Dr. Alynn B. Alexander attended Indiana University where she graduated with high distinction, joining Phi Beta Kappa. She completed her medical training at Jefferson Medical College and her internship and residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. She worked in private practice in New Jersey for 10 years before moving to Richmond.
