Join HCA Virginia’s Workplace Wellness Program for a smoking cessation course to help tobacco users or users of smokeless tobacco products identify triggers in order to quit.
We recognize that a one-size-fits-all approach to quitting just doesn’t work. In 12 weeks, we can help you identify your triggers to determine why you use tobacco or smokeless products including e-cigarettes. Learn how quitting now will help reduce risk factors to getting heart and lung disease and possibly reduce your risk of getting cancer.
